With a view to provide potable drinking water in far flung rural areas having no electricity/ erratic power supply, Government of Rajasthan has decided to install Solar Energy based Bore Wells not only to avoid dependence on conventional electricity but also to facilitate availability of potable water supply especially in areas having deeper water table not suited to convenient operation of hand pumps. It is proposed to provide Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) water Pump sets at bore well based schemes The work is required to be executed in various districts of the Region Kota as mentioned below:
The department will provide required land in habitation/ village and bore well as per plant requirement. The work shall include operation and maintenance of the installations for an initial period of 7 years after which this period can be extended further up to next 3.5 years on mutual consent of both parties on existing terms, conditions and rates.
Before taking up entire work, the bidder shall complete and commission one plant as a model plant as per directions of Additional Chief Engineer concerned and after approval of the model by Additional Chief Engineer, work of other plants under the contract shall be executed strictly as per the quality of approved model.
EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
Bidder must be either an indigenous manufacturer of SPV modules or manufacturer of submersible pump set or system integrator (having experience of providing, installation and commissioning of SPV panels & solar energy operated pumps for drinking water purpose). The bidder shall submit a declaration of the same as the case may be.
Execution, successful commissioning and successful completion of AMC or comprehensive maintenance with successful real time online management and monitoring for at least 1 year of one similar work costing not less than Rs. 178.50 Lacs(=15% of estimated cost of work)
OR
Execution, successful commissioning and successful completion of AMC or comprehensive maintenance with successful real time online management and monitoring for at least 1 year of one or more similar work(s) of solar energy based SPBW of total installed capacity of 113.33Kw. (= 1/3rdof total kW of SPV operated pumps in tender).
OR
Execution, successful commissioning and successful completion of AMC or comprehensive maintenance with successful real time online management and monitoring for at least 1 year of 57 Nos. (=1/3rdof total number of SPV installation taken in tender)of similar work(s) of solar energy based SPBW each of installed capacity not less than 900 Wp
Note- “Similar work means the work that involves providing, installation & commissioning of SPV panels and solar energy operated pumps for drinking water purpose”.
FINANCIAL CRITERIA
Average annual turnover during the period of last 3 years should not be less than Rs. 595.00 Lacs for manufacturing/ providing, installation, commissioning and O&M of SPV operated installations.
EMD Amount in ₹: Rs 23,80,000.00
Tender Fee in ₹: Rs 10,000.00 & Rs 1000.00
